Ingredients:
Each tablet contains 5, 20, or 40 mg methadone hydrochloride.
Mechanism of action:
Narcotic agonist-analgesic of opiate receptors; inhibits ascending pain pathways.
Indications:
Severe pain, adjuvant therapy in opioid withdrawal
Dosage and administration:
